We Are Two Years Old Today! Win 1 of 5 Memberships
Today is our birthday, whoop! We’re now the grand old age of two; two years ago today, we pushed the huge green button to make the website live, and we were humbled and amazed by the number of photographers who shared our vision of promoting the skill and artistry of documentary wedding photography – pushing into the limelight the thing that matters most: Moments.
Over the past two years we’ve welcomed hundreds of photographers from all over the world, and introduced them to thousands of brides and grooms all looking for their day to be captured by someone with an eye for moments. We’ve published eleven different Awards Collections (with the deadline for our final Collection of 2019 just a few days away: Submit by 23:59 GMT on 23rd November), published hundreds of blog posts (including over 100 ‘This is How’ posts, where our photographers explain in detail how they ‘got the shot’), launched our very own Podcast (with interviewees such as Adam Johnson, Ross Harvey, Citlalli Rico, Sanne De Block, Paul Fox, and many more to come weekly), had meetups and parties in London and Portugal (with our Christmas Party 2019 just under to weeks away; can’t wait!), had over 74,000 uses of the #thisisreportage hashtag over on Instagram, and just been constantly blown away by the standard of reportage photography by our members.
So, to celebrate our 2nd Birthday, we thought we’d run a little contest, where you can win 1 of 5 This is Reportage Memberships (worth £80 each). This contest is open to new members and existing members too (if an existing member wins, we’ll add a year on to their membership).
This is Steve Gerrard – Collection Twelve Judge
Super excited to reveal that the third of our five judges for Collection Twelve is none other than Steve Gerrard! International football legend, one of England’s best-ever midfielders…oh no, wait, not that Steve Gerrard…! Ha, no, even better: This Steve Gerrard is one of my personal all-time favourite wedding photographers, originally from the UK, now based in Canada, and shooting all over the world, it’s an honour to have him judging for us!
