Hi, I’m Eamonn, the photographer behind Treasure Box Photography.

I’m a Donegal-born, Carrickfergus-based wedding photographer covering Northern Ireland, Ireland and wherever the story takes me. My approach is relaxed, natural and people-focused. I’m not there to turn your wedding into a photoshoot. I’m there to notice the real stuff: the belly laughs with coffee shooting out noses, the sweaty hand squeezes, the cheeky side glances, the folks that wink at you during communion, the dance floor chaos, and all the brilliant little moments you didn’t even realise were happening.

In 2026, I was named PPANI Reportage Wedding Photographer of the Year, which means a lot because this is exactly the kind of photography I love most: real moments, honestly captured, without turning your day into a production.

I love weddings that feel like people being themselves. No awkward posing marathons. No barking orders. No military operation with buttonholes. Just honest, creative storytelling with a calm presence and a camera always ready.

Away from weddings, I’m a Star Trek fan, a rock music lover, husband to Colleen, dad to twin boys, and servant to a slightly bonkers cockapoo called Zappa. So yes, I’m very used to high-pressure situations, unpredictable behaviour, and trying to keep everyone smiling at the same time.
