About Simeon

I’m Simeon Salov – a documentary wedding photographer based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with over 15 years of experience in capturing real human stories. My approach is simple: no posing, no directing, no interruptions. I observe, I anticipate, and I photograph moments exactly as they unfold.

Over the years I’ve documented hundreds of weddings and events – from intimate family celebrations to large, emotional days full of movement, energy and honest connections. I believe the strongest images come naturally, when people forget about the camera and simply live their story.

I am a member of three of the most respected international wedding photography associations – ISPWP, WPJA and Fearless Photographers – organisations that accept photographers only after portfolio selection and jury evaluation. Their recognition inspires me to keep working with honesty, discretion and respect for every moment.
