About Ruben

Ruben Verbunt is a Dutch photographer and military officer with nearly a decade of experience in the armed forces. Working in environments where staying calm under pressure is essential has shaped the way he works today: prepared, focused and always aware of what is happening around him.

As a photographer, Ruben combines that calm presence with a creative eye. He looks beyond the obvious, searches for unexpected perspectives and captures authentic moments as they unfold.
People describe him as friendly, flexible and easy to work with. He makes genuine connections, puts people at ease and brings a sense of calm, even when things get busy.

Calm under pressure. Creative in the moment. Always looking for the shot that tells the story.
