About Rad

Hey, I'm Rad. Documentary and candid wedding photographer based in Twickenham, West London. After years of studio and portrait work, I moved fully into wedding photography because I love the energy of the day. The nerves before the ceremony, the speeches that make everyone cry, the dance floor at midnight when the suit jackets are off and the kids are still going. Those are the moments I want to capture.
MY APPROACH. My style is documentary, candid and unposed. I work in the background most of the day, letting the wedding happen the way it would if I weren't there. Portraits and family groups still happen, but they're quick. The rest of the day is yours, told in pictures. WHERE I SHOOT I photograph weddings across London, Twickenham, Richmond, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the Cotswolds. Town halls, country barns, hotels, intimate registry office ceremonies, big multi-day celebrations. I have favourite venues I keep coming back to like Islington Town Hall, Old Marylebone Town Hall, the Barbican and Orleans House Twickenham, and I love shooting somewhere new.
A BIT ABOUT ME. I love nature, long walks and music. I'm married to my wife Juliana and we have a son, Benjamin, who keeps us both on our toes. My dream is to photograph a wedding in Iceland and travel across Africa. I'm addicted to music and, somehow, nuts.
