About Colin

Hi!
 
I'm Colin and I'm a UK and destination wedding photographer, who shoots in a creative documentary and reportage style.
 
I'm based in the steel city of Sheffield, South Yorkshire, where I live my wife, Rae, and daughters, Ada and new arrival Meg. For the last five years, a high percentage of the weddings I’ve covered have been across the Derbyshire border in the ever beautiful Peak District, which is also where I spend most of my free time, either with the family or out running. I’ve also had the pleasure of travelling to the coast of Wales and the beaches of Jersey to capture some fabulous festival style weddings.
 
I'm a easy going, friendly, approachable, music-loving, guitar-playing, mini-driving, motorbike-riding Sheffielder.

I start early and finish late so as to capture the full story of your day and I do it in a friendly, discreet and unobtrusive manner. I like the post-wedding response to be “I don’t even remember him taking that!” I'm there to capture your day, not influence it.
