Hi, I'm Maria,

I'm a Documentary Destination Wedding Photographer in the UK. I split my time between Kent in the UK and Copenhagen in Denmark and I shoot kick-ass couples getting hitches around the world. Location matters, but at the end of the day, it's all about you as a couple, your family and friends, and, be it mega or super intimate, the party you have planned. This is why I travel anywhere and I don't restrict my hours of coverage. I try to stay as true to the flow of your day as possible. No grinning like a pancake on my watch. Just beautiful, candid, unposed and honest photography that shows the blast you had at your wedding.

A little more about me?

I'm the daughter of a German documentary film director and a Bulgarian Diplomat, the middle of 3 daughters and always the troublemaker. Since I was small, I've always had a massive passion for travel and adventure. I love my husband and my kids and I'm a big fan of great music, captivating books, good food and wine and of course photography. I love laughter, clever jokes and people who love fully and don't take life too seriously. In my mind we are all the masters of our own destiny, if we have the courage and grit to do it our own way. The dance floor is my home and I am usually the first to cry at speeches. And there you have me in a nutshell.
