Well, talking about myself isn’t my favourite pastime! I much prefer chatting to people about the goings on in their lives and learning more about them. Perhaps that’s why I’m drawn to wedding photography. I’ve always been more interested in finding out about other people’s weird and wonderful lives than talking about my own. I love how wedding photography gives me the opportunity to see and meet new and interesting people all the time. As clichéd as it sounds, for me being able to observe and document people during one of the happiest times of their lives is such a rewarding, thrilling and unique job.

I approach wedding photography with the aim of documenting the “ordinary” in an extraordinary way; capturing a moment that happens only once, and for a fraction of a second is something I thrive on. Coming away from the day knowing I have captured moments that others are oblivious to makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something special.
