About Simon

I'm Simon. I've been a wedding photographer for 14 years now and have covered around 400 weddings. I shoot all over the UK. I love it. I almost can't remember a time I wasn't a wedding photographer, it's been a massive part of my life since I was 17.

I do it because I love people and their stories. The thrill of weddings is incredible - the buzz of balancing creativity with the duty of documenting a wedding drives me, and the chance of creating something unique for my couples at every wedding pushes me to try new things and explore new ideas.

My relaxed, documentary approach is the result of my character. I'm laid back - I'm not a centre of attention kind of guy - often the couples drawn to me aren't either - I think that's why it works. I blend in, capturing those little moments and tying them together to form a story.
