About Heather

Hi! I’m Heather, a professional wedding photographer based in Leeds, Yorkshire, where I live with my husband James, son Barney and highly strung cat, Stuart. I've been obsessed with photography since I first studied it at Art College in the late 1990's when we all used film - this was before digital! I was lucky enough to turn my passion into a profession 3 years ago after over a decade in corporate design and a short time in marketing and I haven't looked back since!

As a photographer, I want to capture the real moments and emotions of your wedding day and add my own magic to it. Natural and unposed images are my favourites but I’ll also make sure we have time for some elegant and breathtaking couple portraits (not too long though - I don’t want to take you away from your guests for hours!). My aim is to create beautiful images that tell the story of your wedding from start to finish, and leave you with memories that you'll want hanging all over your home.
