About Florian
I’m Florian, a documentary wedding photographer based in Grenoble, France, surrounded by the mountains that shaped both my eye and my values. I come from a background of photographing everyday life: family moments, travels, simple scenes that speak louder than any pose. This instinct naturally led me to reportage. What moves me most is the truth of a moment. The way a hand trembles during the vows. The way friends burst into laughter when they think no one is watching. The quiet glance between two people who know exactly why they are here.
My approach is simple. I observe, I listen, and I stay close to what feels real. I want couples to recognise themselves in their photos, not an idealised version but the genuine connection, the intensity, the chaos, the tenderness. I work with empathy and a calm presence, blending in so you forget the camera is even there. That is usually when the magic happens.
I care deeply about people, their stories, and the place where those stories unfold. Living in the Alps taught me to appreciate what surrounds us, so I naturally favour working close to home and collaborating with couples who share this sensitivity. It keeps my work grounded, sincere, and aligned with what matters to me.
Every wedding is a chapter in a family’s history. I see my role as creating photographs that will outlive trends. Images that hold emotion, atmosphere, and the small, fleeting details that become priceless with time. If years from now you open your album and feel the day rush back to you exactly as it was, then I have done my job.
