About Simon

Hi there, I'm Simon! My favourite images are always the ones that have energy or emotion, if they have both, I am delighted! In order to capture as many of these as possible my approach has always been relaxed and discreet, because this has a direct effect on my subjects and helps them to carry on having an awesome time! I work hard to build good connections with the people I photograph so that they trust and feel comfortable with me being around them, this becomes particularly important during intimate and emotional moments where being in close conveys feelings much better.

A wedding is an action packed day (and night!) and I love capturing every part of it so that the bride and groom can look back and witness the moments they missed, feel the emotions flood back, and treasure the images of characters and loved ones enjoying themselves.

In every wedding, I have the opportunity to shine a light on the present so that the future may look back on the past and smile. It is a privilege and an honour to do so.
