About Colin

I love photography. It’s been a passion of mine since my teen years and continues to be a creative outlet for the way I see the world.

I think one of the things I enjoy most about photography is the personal aspect. Im a big, people person, so meeting with clients and getting to know them, working through the vision and style they want for the images we will be making together is super exciting! It’s especially a privilege when a couple invites me to be part of their marriage celebrations, a privilege I accept with great honour and joy.

My preferred style is mainly natural poses and shots, trying to capture those personal moments rather than being too static or staged. That being said, I have had some great fun arranging and helping with direction, to make sure people are relaxed and each shot fun and a bit unique. I also love to try new things, so don't be afraid to ask!

For me, I believe in the traditional Christian work ethic of working your hardest and going the whole nine yards to serve and honour those you are working for. That way we can create glorious images together; images that will last a lifetime.
